Agreement

These terms govern access to Botops provided by Botops. Commercial scope, fees, support, data terms, and service commitments are defined in the order or agreement accepted during sales-assisted onboarding.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for authorized users, connected provider credentials, and lawful use of bots and conversation data. Users must not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Connected services

Retell, Vapi, and other connected services remain governed by their own terms. Botops provides a management and portal layer and does not control provider availability or model behavior.

Customer content

Customers retain rights in content they supply. They authorize processing necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the contracted service.
