Who is responsible

Botops provides Botops. Privacy enquiries can be directed to hello@bot-ops.online.

Information handled

Botops processes account details, agency and client configuration, bot settings, conversation records supplied by connected providers, security logs, and support communications needed to operate the service.

Why it is handled

Information is used to provide and secure the portal, maintain tenant access, synchronize requested provider data, support users, and meet applicable legal obligations. Botops does not use client conversation content to invent public testimonials or marketing metrics.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, and connected AI providers may process information only as configured for service delivery. Retention and deletion periods are agreed during sales-assisted onboarding and applied to the deployed service.

Contact the address above to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export where applicable. Agency administrators can also deactivate portal users.
